SPRING FESTIVAL PERFORMANCE

Hello :) we had a fantastic performance at the Spring Festival and welcome all the lovely people we meet on the day.

Hope you all enjoyed the show !

So we shot a new clip in Hai's old Neighborhood  which was fun for sure. we hope you like it!

Also we will feature in the leader Newspaper weekly magazine on front page as a preview to the Whitehorse spring festival which we will be performing at, and have a stall at, which is exciting news so be sure to check it out!

Holidays coming!

So we are off to Hanoi and will be picking up some awesome banners and hopefully shooting a new clip on the streets of the city to bring a bit of Hanoi back to you all!. 

Dont' forget we have sign ups for the Spring Festival performance on our return so practice your moves until we get back :)

We hope everyone had a great school holidays and would like to say a special thanks to everyone who came along to Eley Park Community Centre in Blackburn South for the mid year performance. It was a lovely casual day where students were able to show us how they are developing as dancers.

Term 3 is starting back today and we would like to welcome our new students and a new beginners Hiphop class on Monday nights at 5pm. There is also a junior Hiphop class on a Saturday's at 3pm which will be open for enrollment for those who cannot make a weeknight.

We are excited to see everyone again and look forward to some more fun classes.

We offer Boys Hiphop, Tap classes, contemporary, pre-school Ballet, Creative movement for age 3 - 6 , and Adult fitness as well. Term 3 enrolment is open and you are welcome to come down and watch the mid year performance between 2.30 and 3.30pm this Saturday the 7th of July.

New Choreography

With dance one for each class pretty much finished we are gearing up for the mid year performace. This will again be held at the Eley Park Community Centre and will remain an accessable production for all family members and friends to attend.

 Adult will be just $5 and Children $3 to attend, making it a cheap night out and a great chance for you to bring along "extras" to enjoy the acheivement and progress all the students have made.

The invitations are printed and posters ready to be put up so feel free to ask when you come to class, or email us for a online version (save the trees).

Term two on track with new choreography and new enthusiasm.

Hello all,

Well everyone had a good time at the holiday free dance day and enjoyed the student performances. We had a few try out sessions which were lots of fun and were happy every one had a chance to join in.

We have fun classes for creative movement during the week and junior jazz funk hiphop classes on Saturdays at 3pm too! so its a prefect chance to get the juniors started up, to improve their coordination and confidence and use up that extra energy!

New Ballet Teacher

Hi all,

Well with the start of the New School year we have some exciting new classes including Beginer Tap, Stretch and Dance Fitness, extra boys Hiphop clases and intermediate Contemporary!

We now have our own space as a stand alone studio (also part of Eley Park Community Centre - thanks Mitch) at 32 Richmond Street Blackburn South - just 3 blocks away. It has plenty of on site parking, small kitchen and amenities and most of all we will not have any clashes with back to back bookings with other groups!

We are also excited to be welcoming an additional Ballet teacher coming on board for term 1. Miss Megan, has many years experience including pointe and is excited to be starting with DAAM DANCE teaching Preschool ballet and Beginers Ballet. She will be taking over from Miss Ashley who will remain as a guest teacher with the DAAM Family.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone again and have some great new choreography to get the year going with a big start.

So a new year a new begining as they say. Thank you to all that attended our end of year performence 2011 - we had a great time and hope you did too. 

ENROLMENT for First term is open and will begin on the 30th of January! (we cant wait). We have a new class running on Saturday JFH - Jazz / Funk / Hiphop for beginers and would love to welcome any additional sign ups for this class to contact us for more info :)

Also we will be running a Adult Dance / fitness class on Saturdays which will be great to shed some xmas kilo's!

Come on and join for 10 weeks and see how much you will love it!
