Hi everyone,
We are getting started with some different classes this year 2013 (still getting used to that). Dance Fitness on Saturday will now be the "boogie" class- combining a mix of styles including African, Latin salsa, Jive, modern jazz .. you get the picture. It should be quite fun and we will get partnered up at times and explore movement too.
We will be starting up a Body balance class which is for all us that hold stiffness, lack flexibility, and just need our own time out during the week. This class is aims to help maintain good movement, give balance in our busy lives and to help prevent immobility, poor posture, and injury.
and the finale... adult Tap classes will start up on Wednesday nights too.
It is all looking to be about good fun, belonging to a social community in dance and to allow you a moment to breathe in your busy schedule ... so get your dancing shoes on and your two left feet ready for some action :)
